A. Information Provided by You

• Player Name: If you do not sign in to Google Play Games, you may input a custom display name locally on your device. This name is used in-game and transmitted to our multiplayer matchmaking service during 1v1 online matches.

B. Automatically Collected Information

• Unique Installation Identifier (Install ID): For devices that play multiplayer without signing into Google Play Games, the Game generates a randomized unique identifier (UUID) stored locally in app preferences to manage matchmaking and peer-to-peer session routing without colliding with other players.
• Device & Usage Data: Operating system version, device model, general network type, and in-game diagnostics (such as game completion, scores, and crash stack traces).

C. Information from Third-Party Services

• Google Play Games Services: If you sign in, we access your public Google Play Games Player ID and display name to register leaderboard scores, unlock achievements, and restore your game progress across devices.
• Google Play In-App Purchases: When you purchase store items (skins, arenas, headgear), Google Play validates the transaction. We receive tokenized transaction confirmation and entitlement status to unlock your items. We do not receive, store, or process your credit card, bank details, or billing address.

2. Third-Party Services & Technologies

mSnake integrates third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or your device. Their respective privacy policies govern their data practices:

1. Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)

   Used to serve banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID), cookies, coarse location, and app usage diagnostics to serve contextually relevant or personalized ads.

3. Cloudflare Services

   We utilize Cloudflare infrastructure to securely route multiplayer matchmaking (1v1 duels), daily challenge synchronization, and anti-tamper challenge claims. Cloudflare may process network-level diagnostic information (such as temporary IP addresses) strictly for network performance and security purposes.

3. How We Use Collected Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To deliver core gameplay, track personal high scores, and render cosmetic items.
• To coordinate real-time 1v1 multiplayer duels and room matchmaking.
• To authenticate Daily Challenge completion and update global leaderboard rankings.
• To verify, restore, and reconcile purchases and refunds made through Google Play.
• To deliver advertisements that support the free operation of the Game.
• To identify startup crashes, monitor application performance, and prevent exploits.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

• Local Data: High scores, unlocked cosmetics, and settings are stored locally on your device via Android SharedPreferences. You can delete this data at any time by clearing the application's storage in your device's Settings or by uninstalling the Game.
• Cloud & Leaderboard Data: Leaderboard scores and achievements synced to your Google account are maintained under Google Play Games service terms. You can manage or delete your Play Games data directly in the Google Play Games mobile app settings.
• Multiplayer Routing Data: Room matchmaking information hosted on our Cloudflare network is transient and discarded once a match concludes.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA / GDPR Compliance)

mSnake is designed for a general audience and is targeted at users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the integrity and security of information transmitted through our Game. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or mobile network is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
